Once complete, you will be asked to upload your rates list and any other supporting documentation in PDF format, and to confirm that you agree to the terms in our Agency Contract. Please note this latter is a legally-binding document and we will not be able to process your application without acceptance of the terms within it.

Translation Memory and CAT Tools
EMPOWER Translate work predominantly with Cloud software for Project Management and translations, with Memsource as our current main Cloud CAT Tool. We carry out most of our projects in Memsource and a willingness to use this tool is required.

Below are the bands and percentage discount rates which we apply as standard to files analysed using Memsource, our main CAT tool. These are automatically calculated and not usually open to negotiation.
Please note that repetitions, 101% (ICE) and 100% matches are included at 10% to allow for review and comment as standard.
